FIT (Function Interval Training) is a full body functional fitness circuit style class. This class will improve your overall strength and conditioning.

Done watching on the sidelines and want to take that brave step to get in the gym? FIT classes are what you need.

Think of FIT classes as the funnest, best stress busting happy hour you can go to with your group of gym friends (you’ll make them when you’re here) while improving your strength, cardio and mobility. FIT classes do not focus on points, calorie burn or weight loss. FIT classes are all about getting our bodies to move better, to build strength, to allow for joyful movement and have a great time with each other.

We want to help you move better in the gym, so that you live better outside of the gym.

O2, essential for everyday life FIT classes are programmed and taught by a group of certified, qualified and experienced trainers. We focus on functional movements and conditioning during our 45 minute circuit class.

Bring clean indoor shoes, sweat towel, water and most importantly an attitude willing to try!

*FIT classes can accommodate for individual needs and fitness levels however an initial fitness assessment may be requested before participation*
