You should bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and shoes for this class.
FIT strength & conditioning -
An all levels class using the O2 progressive overload method of combining traditional strength training exercises with cardio conditioning intervals. Feel stronger, more energized and confident as you progress your physical fitness and overall wellness with this program focused on strength, conditioning and stability.
This class is ideal for those that want to improve their overall fitness levels and change their body composition (build muscle and lose fat).
