An all levels full body workout using total resistance exercises to build strength, core stability, joint mobility and balance through bodyweight TRX assisted movements.
This class is suitable for all levels from beginners, athletes, mature adults and everyone in between that want a full body workout.
New to TRX? That’s ok, we will guide you on how to properly use the TRX straps during the class so that you are comfortable performing the exercises and as you get used to the movements you will be able to pick up the pace.
