TRX - This full body, bodyweight only class will have you moving from start to finish. Our instructors will run you through a series of TRX movements that will work your full body in each and every class.
New to TRX? That’s ok, we will guide you on how to properly use the TRX straps during the class so that you are comfortable performing the exercises and as you get used to the movements you will be able to pick up the pace.
